JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department is notifying residents of a new high risk sex offender who is living within the city.

28 year-old Kyle Ray Greenough is listed as homeless. He is a white male, 5’6″ and weighing 209 pounds. He has blue eyes and is bald.

Greenough has been assigned a high-risk assessment by the ND risk level committee.

Greenough was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 2015 in Dunn County. He was 19 years old and engaged in a sexual act with a 14 year-old female.

He also was convicted of gross sexual imposition in 2012 in Dunn County. At that time as a juvenile he had sexual intercourse with several juvenile females.

Greenough is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court.
