CASS COUNTY, N.D. – The Cass County Highway Department will begin work on County Road 17 near Horace, N.D. the week of May 6th, 2024. Asphalt mill and overlay work will be done on County Road 17 from 68th avenue south to County Road 16 and on County Road 6 from County Road 17 to 75th street south. Road work on County Road 14 from the Sheyenne River to Interstate 29 is also scheduled for this summer.
These roadways will not close, but travel will be impacted at times. Pilot cars will be implemented to assist with traffic flow throughout the project.
