SIOUX CITY, IA – University of Jamestown Men’s Volleyball is seeded eighth in the NAIA Men’s Volleyball National Championship and will meet top seed The Master’s and ninth seed Mount Mercy in pool play in the event that will take place next week in Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
The Jimmies, who won their fourth consecutive GPAC championship on Saturday, will have the first of their two pool play matches against Mount Mercy, the host of the event, on Wednesday, May 1 at 7:00 PM.
On the next night, Thursday, May 2, Jamestown will play The Master’s, again at 7:00 PM.
A tiebreak match, if needed, would be played on Friday, May 3, followed by the semifinals, with the championship match to be held on Saturday, May 4.
Jamestown again looks for its first men’s volleyball national championship. The Jimmies are 2-4 in national tournament play.
