VALLEY CITY, N.D. (VCSU) – The VCSU Department of Music presents a Percussion Ensemble Concert, Saturday, April 13, in the Larry J. Robinson Center for the Arts Performance Hall.  The concert starts at 7:30 pm and is free and open to the public.
