VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Anyone wanting to run for Barnes County, Valley City Commissions, and park board positions must hand in their election petitions on Monday, April 8th at 4pm.

Valley City Auditor Brenda Klein said the 4pm deadline is a North Dakota law.

The primary/election will be held Tuesday, June 11th.
