
VALLEY CITY, ND (NewsDakota.com) Koltyn Grebel is now tied for sixth on the all-time win list for Hi-Liner Wrestling.
Grebel claimed the 133-pound title at this past weekend’s Storhaug Invite in Lisbon, defeating Class B’s second-ranked wrestler, Ryan Enge of Lisbon, by technical fall (18-2) in the final for the championship.
The win was Grebel’s 29th win this season, and ties him with Logan Erlandson for sixth on the Hi-Liner career win list. Along with the championship, Grebel won the Wrestler of the Tournament award.
Ethan Miller was runner-up for the Hi-Liners at 172, losing the final to Class B’s top-ranked wrestler, Mike Nelson of Lisbon.
Dylan Hunt captured fifth place at 215, Jaden Suhr was sixth at 145, Owen Hart was sixth at heavyweight, and eighth-place was claimed by Tyson Klabo (152), Leighton Hendrickson (172), and Andon Buelow (189).
In girls wrestling, Brooke Bundy was runner-up at 190, Victoria Sanchez was fourth at 112, Deegan Kirshcenman was fourth at 124, and Hailey Ford was fifth at 118.
