VALLEY CITY, N.D. – Dacotah Bank has contributed $25,000.00 to The Jefferson Elementary School PTO, marking another significant step towards the long-overdue playground renovation. Matt Jorissen, Vice President of the Jefferson Elementary School PTO, gratefully accepted the check from Tyler Marthaler, Market President of Dacotah Bank last week.
The community, moved by the need for this playground overhaul, has rallied around the Jefferson Elementary School PTO. The project, initiated through conversations that began 12 months ago, has gained widespread support, representing the spirit of community engagement.
Tyler Marthaler, Market President of Dacotah Bank in Valley City, and the surrounding areas, expressed pride in the bank’s commitment to giving back. He stated, providing meaningful support to the communities we serve has long been a tradition for Dacotah Bank. We are excited to be part of a project that will benefit children in Valley City for many years to come!”
The PTO has a targeted completion date in the summer of 2024. The impact of this playground extends beyond Jefferson Elementary, serving as a shared space for numerous children in the community.
