VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A fire early Wednesday morning displaced a Valley City family. Fire crews responded to the call around 4am on December 27th.
Fire Chief Scott Magnuson said the fire started in the garage attached to the home. He said all of the residents and a few pet were rescued during the fire. No injuries were reported. He said the Salvation Army and the American Red Cross have been called upon to help the family with temporary shelter.
Magnuson said the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
