VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Phase 1 of the street along 2nd Ave Northeast continues to be closed to traffic from 2nd St NE to 5th St NE. Paving has been completed while concrete sidewalks and driveways are continuing to be worked. Concrete work is anticipated to be completed by November 11, 2023 weather permitting. Signing and temporary pavement parking are scheduled to be completed week ending November 18, 2023, weather permitting. Upon completion of this work, the roadway will be opened to the public.
