JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for October to Mike Martell of Wilhelm Chevrolet GMC for their outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Their nomination letter said: “We live 40 miles from Don Wilhelms, where we have been customers for years. We
had car trouble and Mike, who is always so willing and helpful, said to bring it in, drop it off, and he would get it squeezed in their busy shop! He said it would only take 1 hour to fix. We did a few errands and were just leaving when Mike called and said the car was done! Instead of going home and coming back another day, we took it home the same day. (We are) truly blessed to have Mike as a service manager.” Congratulations to Mike!
