JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Police Department wants to notify you of a high-risk sex offender living in the city.

Triston Errol Mitchell Gooden, 26, is now living at the Riverside Motel, at 1610 Business Loop East #4.

Gooden was convicted in 2019 for corruption of a minor. When Gooden was 20 years old, he digitally penetrated a 15-year-old female
while he masturbated. This led to penile/vaginal intercourse where he covered her mouth and told her to be quiet because “bad things would happen” if someone heard her. The minor became pregnant due to this occurrence, which later resulted in a miscarriage.

Gooden was convicted in 2019 for gross sexual imposition. Gooden met a 14-year-old female through a social media account, met up with the minor victim and they engaged in sexual intercourse.

Gooden was convicted in 2019 for corruption of a minor. When Gooden was between the ages of 20-21, he had a sexual relationship with a 17- year-old female.

Gooden is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault, or intimidate the offender.

Attempts to harass, intimidate, or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords, or employers will be turned over for prosecution. Printed handouts of the demographics of Mr. Gooden are available at the Jamestown Police Department.
