VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Avalynn Fischer was 11 months old when she passed away due to surgical complications on October 19th of 2022.

Her mother, Paige, said the family was inspired to organize Avalynn’s fly high foundation after she passed away.
Paige Fischer talked about the foundation’s focus.

She said a fundraising event will be held Friday, August 25th in Chautauqua Park.
