JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – The 2023 Buffalo Days community celebration was held July 21-23 and saw outstanding participation in all events held.
The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce extends a heartfelt thank you to everyone who visited, organized an event, and made this annual celebration a rousing success.
“We are incredibly grateful to every individual and organization who contributed to the amazing success of Buffalo Days this year,” said Emily Bivens, Executive Director. “This annual community celebration truly embodies the spirit of Jamestown, uniting friends, neighbors, and visitors from all walks of life in a joyous weekend of festivities. The chamber is all about supporting our local community and businesses. By helping to organize this great, local event that celebrates our city and its namesake, we take pride in partnering with others to give everyone a memorable experience.”
The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce was responsible for marketing the celebration, helped to organize the parade, vendor show in McElroy Park, bounce houses, and live music.
Some fun Buffalo Days stats include:
– 71 Parade Entries including first responders
-18 Vendors and booths
-126 classic cars at the Jamestown Classic Car Club Show & Shine
-Nearly 1,300 served at the Jamestown Fire Department Pancake Feed
-88 cars battling at the Jamestown Speedway
