CASS COUNTY, N.D. (CCSO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office (CCSO) responded to a medical situation in rural Alice, North Dakota about 6:55pm Sunday, July  23rd.

According to the news release, 79-year-old Edward Joseph Roth, suffered a non-life-threatening injury from an accidental firearm discharge. Roth was taken by Sanford Airmed to a local hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, his condition is unknown at this time. The Cass County Sheriff’s Office was assisted by the first responders from Alice and Buffalo.
