LISBON, N.D. (NDHP) – The North Dakota Highway Patrol (NDHP) said 42-year-old Randy Klein of Buffalo, ND was traveling north in a 1967 Chevy C10 on 141st Ave SE in Ransom County or about 10 miles southwest of Lisbon, ND. As Klein neared 71st street, he lost control of his vehicle and entered the east ditch. He’s vehicle rolled onto its passenger side as it entered the east ditch. Klein exited his vehicle and was not injured in the crash.

The Highway Patrol responded to the crash after being asked to take over by the Ransom County Sheriff’s Department. Randy Klein was arrested for DUI and DUI refusal. The crash was report on Friday, July 21st at 12:47 AM.
