JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A man with ties to Fargo and Bismarck who escaped from the minimum security drug rehabilitation treatment center in Jamestown has been apprehended.
The Corson County Sheriff’s office says following a tip from a helpful citizen, 39-year-old Nathan Lang, and his girlfriend, Yorishia Hoon, were located and taken safely into custody in Northeastern Corson County on July 29th.
Lang had been convicted of theft and contributing to the delinquency of a minor and was in custody after his probation was revoked.
According to the North Dakota Highway Patrol, Lang was serving a sentence for theft of property and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Lang escaped from the James River Minimum Unit in Jamestown shortly before 10 pm on Tuesday, July 18th.
