JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Class B Carrington Post 25 took on Double AA Jamestown Eagles Friday night at Jack Brown Stadium and led 5-3 heading into the bottom of the seventh inning. The Eagles score three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to win the game, 6-5. Kaiden Hakanson came in to pitch hit in the bottom of the seventh inning, and he hit a single to left center for a 2-run walk-off single to win the contest. Jamestown Eagles Post 14 are now 3-3 overall, Carrington drops to 2-1 overall.
Next up for Carrington will be on Monday in Steele, KDAK AM 1600/FM 100.1 and newsdakota.com will have the game starting at 5pm. Next up for the Eagles will be in Williston on Sunday for a double header.
