JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com/Jmst Chamber) – The Chamber Young Professionals of Jamestown and the Chamber Ambassadors recently recognized The Medicine Shoppe as the June Business of the Month Award recipient for their outstanding customer service and continued commitment to the community.

Their nomination stated:

“I went to the Medicine Shoppe to pick up a prescription for my daughter with about fifteen minutes before they were set to close. Dawn greeted me and then I was told they hadn’t received it from the clinic/physician I worked with. At that time, I then pulled around so the Medicine Shoppe could continue to assist customers in their drive-up. I circled back around, and they still had not received the prescription. It was discovered it was sent to the wrong pharmacy. They got it switched over and I was able to be on my way. During the entire process, all team members involved made me feel welcomed and cared for. I was truly thankful that we have such a quality team of techs, clerks, and pharmacists here in Jamestown
that stand by what they say.”

The Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce honors businesses that provide superior customer service, exhibit community spirit, and provide a positive economic impact to the community. This award provides recognition throughout the month with a plaque and a recognition banner for the month.

Monthly award winners will be considered for the Business of the Year to be awarded in January of 2024.
