A little busy at the trap range Tuesday night. Young and old alike. It’s good to see the younger generation being safe responsible gun handlers. It’s also nice to see the adults there with their kids whether they’re shooting or observing. We have plenty of comfortable seating outside and inside.
Remember the first night of league shooting is May 30th. Get your team together and if you’re short a gun I’ve people to place on your roster. Team sponsorship is only $75.
High 5-stand was Emma Mielke with a 21, high skeet was Ethan Bear with 24 and high trap scores were Ethan Bear and Ron Koslofsky at 24. Ron was well on his way to a 25 when on station 5 he dropped the 23rd bird. I think he mumbled something about conservation of the species. It sounded like “…you little…”. I told him that if they have little ones, they’re called mini clays and are even harder to hit. Shoot well.
