JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Jamestown Police want you to know a high risk sex offender has changed their address within the city.

According to police, 48 year-old Raynard Lebeau, a high-risk sex offender has changed his address to 514 1st Ave South, Apartment C in Jamestown.

Lebeau was convicted of sexual contact without consent in 2009 in Hughes County, South Dakota. He served 7 years.

Lebeau is not wanted by police at this time and has served the sentence imposed by the court. This notification is meant for public safety and not to increase fear in the community, nor should this information be used to threaten, assault or intimidate the offender. Attempts to harass, intimidate or threaten these offenders or their families, landlords or employers will be turned over for prosecution.
