YPSILANTI, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A man died after rolling his SUV three miles west of Ypsilanti shortly before noon on Friday morning.

According to the ND Highway Patrol, 74 year-old Kenneth Anderson of Ypsilanti, lost control of the SUV on Stutsman County Road 38 3 miles west of Ypsilanti. The vehicle went into the ditch and rolled. Anderson was ejected from the vehicle.

The Highway Patrol said Anderson was not wearing a seat belt.
