JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown woman has been charged in connection with a shooting early Wednesday morning.
Just after 5:30 am on Wednesday, the Jamestown Police department responded to a report of a shooting in the 900 block of 4th Ave NE. On arrival, officers discovered a man suffering from a gunshot injury to his arm. He was transported to Jamestown Regional Medical Center by Jamestown Ambulance, with the assistance of city maintenance crews and snow plows.
In connection with the incident, Terryl Wynn Getz of Jamestown was arrested and is facing a felony reckless endangerment charge.
As a result of further investigation into Wednesday’s shooting in Jamestown, Jeffery Duane Nokleby, age 65 of Jamestown, has been charged with Aggravated Assault (Domestic). He was booked into the Stutsman County Correctional Center at 10:00am, March 2, 2023.
He is currently waiting formal charges from the Stutsman County State’s Attorney. The incident remains under investigation.
