(NewsDakota.com/Jmst Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for February to Nicole Bruns of Sanford Health for her outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

Her nomination letter said:

“It was just another blustery, cold day in Jamestown with back-to-back weeks of blizzard conditions and negative temperatures. I was not the recipient of this exceptional service, but on my way out, I was fortunate enough to witness the care and compassion from Nicole as she created an elevated experience for some elderly residents. Nicole was helping adjust two elderly individuals with their winter gear and was making conversation with them. She didn’t have to take the extra time, but you could tell she wanted to as she did it with a smile on her face the entire time. Her actions that day
were exceptional.”
