TONIGHT:  CLOUDY AND COLD.  LOW: 5 TO 8 BELOW.  WIND: NORTHWEST 5 TO 15 MPH.
THURSDAY:  CLOUDY AND BECOMING WINDY,  1 TO 2 INCHES OF NEW SNOW … SIGNIFICANT BLOWING SNOW TOMORROW AFTERNOON INTO FRIDAY MID-DAY.  HIGH: 25 TO 30.  WIND: SOUTH 20 TO 35 MPH WILL SWITCH TO THE NORTHWEST AND GUST 35 TO 45 MPH.
