Carrington, N.D. (NewsDakota.com)—-Jack Erickson scored a team high 16 points to help lead the Cardinals to 16 point win over the Dakota Prairie (DP) Knights, 56-40. Grady Shipman and Hudson Schmitz added 12 points each to aid the Cardinals. The Knights were paced by Caden Joramo with a game high 17 points. Jacob Johnson added 10 points for DP. The Cardinals largest lead was at 20 points early in the third quarter at 41-21. DP dropped to 0-2 and the Cardinals improved to 3-0. Carrington will travel to Pingree next week on Thursday to take on the M-P-B Thunder at 3:30 and will be aired on AM 1600 KDAK (THE CARDINAL), FM 100.1, and www.newsdakota.com
