(NewsDakota.com)- A full Saturday of basketball coming up tomorrow as the Jimmies and Blue Jays will both be in action. It will be the first contest of the season for the Jamestown High squads as they travel to Fargo Davies.

The Jimmies will host Dickinson State with the women tipping off from the Civic Center at 4pm and the men to follow at 6pm. For the women, the NAIA No. 11 team, it will be there first game since last Tuesday when they dispatched Trinity Bible College. JC has only given up 17 points in the second half during their last two home games.

The men are coming off a near upset of No. 7 William Penn last Friday, JC led late before losing 78-75. Mark Hoge, who is averaging 20.5 points per game, was named the AII Player of the Week.

Blue Jays hit the road to Fargo to battle Davies tomorrow afternoon. The girls game was originally slated for a 3pm start has been moved up to 2:15pm. The Jay girls are coming off a near miss in the state qualifier against Mandan, in a game they led the majority of before losing down the stretch.

The boys will have to replace five starters and their top eight scores from 2011-12. The Jays were ranked in the Top-5 at one point before a free fall in the second half of the season.

You can catch the Blue Jays on 1400 KQDJ tomorrow with Brian Willhide on the call. Pregame show will start about 2pm from Davies.

The Jimmies will also be on the air, over on TED FM 98.3/102.7 beginning with the Dairy Queen pregame show at 3:45pm.
