JAMESTOWN,N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – “Oh my aching…” you fill in the blank.

We all know aches and pains are part of life.  We all deal with some kind of ache or pain at some point in our lives.  But, for some of us, that pain can get in the way of work, family, and other things that you love.

JRMC’s “U” free education series will tackle that subject with Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner Crystal Krapp on Thursday December 1st from 11am-12pm at Two Rivers Activities Center in Jamestown.

JRMC Marketing Manager Katie Ryan-Anderson said the event is designed to help you learn about joint health, and what you can do at home to feel your best, and to know when it’s time to call the doctor.

Jamestown Regional Medical Center is collaborating with Two Rivers Activity Center (TRAC) this year to offer monthly opportunities to learn about common health issues.

The event is free and JRMC will provide nutritious snacks. Attendees do not need to be TRAC members to attend.
