VALLEY CITY, ND  (NewsDakota.com)  The Viking mens basketball team will travel to Forest City, IA for their next set of non-conference games.

Valley City State faces Iowa Wesleyan and William Woods at the Waldorf Classic Saturday and Sunday, respectively.

Iowa Wesleyan is a conference opponent in football, but they are not a member of the North Star Athletic Association for basketball.

The Vikings are 3-3 this season, attempting to bounce back after a 103-84 loss to the University of Jamestown last weekend at home.

Iowa Wesleyan is 6-1 to start the year.  They defeated Dickinson State, and lost to Bellevue, the first weekend of the season.  Both are conference opponents of the Vikings.

William Woods is 1-4 this season.

The Vikings return home Wednesday, November 23rd, to face Oak Hills University.
