FARGO (KFGO) – A Spirit Lake, North Dakota man has been sentenced to 30 years in federal prison for producing, distributing and having child pornography.

29-year-old Johnson Tollefson pleaded guilty and was sentenced by Judge Peter Welte in Fargo.

The website “Tumblr” reported that a user had uploaded child pornography images on a private blog. An investigation by Homeland Security Investigations and the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigation led to Tollefson. The pornography, produced in Dilworth, Minn., depicted a toddler-age girl.

Tollefeson traded the material with other users in exchange for other child pornography.
