HILLSBORO, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The Burros scored the first four touchdowns of the game and never looked back as they cruise to a 38-14 victory over the Carrington Cardinals in Class 11B Region 2 action. RV HCV improves to 2-1 overall and 2-0 in R2, Carrington drops to 0-3 in the region and overall.

Senior Cole Hebl for HCV had a pick six, ran for a touchdown and caught a touchdown to lead the Burros. Senior QB Riley Olsen threw for a TD and ran for a TD. Senior Kicker Micah Longthorne hit five extra points and a 30-yard field goal. Senior Hudson Topp had a three-yard TD for Carrington, and Sophomore QB Josh Bickett connected with Senior McCoy Beckley for a 70-yard catch and run TD late in the game. Senior kicker Jack Paulson hit two extra points for Carrington.
