CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) Doug Anderson has been Valley City State University’s Director of Marketing and Communications for nearly nine years. He’s last day with the university was Tuesday.

Anderson accepted a similar position with the Minnesota State Colleges & Universities office in St. Paul.

Anderson thanked the university and the community for their support during his time in Valley City. Anderson was also involved with the Valley City Barnes County Chamber of Commerce while he and his wife worked in Valley City.
