VALLEY CITY, (NewsDakota.com) On Wednesday, August 17th, milling operations will begin on 12th Street North in Valley City with paving to begin, (weather permitting) Thursday, August 18th.

KLJ engineer Chad Petersen said paving operations are expected to be completed on Saturday, August 20th, (weather permitting.)

He said the roadway will remain open during construction activities and traffic will be controlled by flaggers and a pilot car. But, parking will be prohibited within the work limits during this time.
