VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Valley City Barnes County (VCBC) Public Library wrapped up their “Ocean of Possibilities” summer programs with a wet and wild time in the library parking lot on Tuesday, July 26th.

VCBC library board president Hilde van Gijssel said about one thousand students participated in their summer programs during the months of June and July. She and the library staff were pleased with the attendance this summer.

On Tuesday, the kids were treated to a water slide and other fun activities including a visit by Valley City Fire Chief Scott Magnuson.
