VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Valley City is facing a felony charge of terrorizing stemming from an incident on Sunday, July 17th around 12:36pm in Valley City.
Police Chief Phil Hatcher said officers responded to a fire call at a Valley City apartment where a man had barricaded himself inside a unit. Hatcher said about an hour later, entry was made and the man was arrested without further incident. No injuries were reported.
The Barnes County State’s Attorney charged 27-year-old Brandon Woehl with felony Terrorizing and misdemeanor Disorderly Conduct on Monday, July 18th.
