JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for July to Jeff Hofmann for his outstanding customer service.

The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.

His nomination letter said:

“Jeff Hofmann always provides amazing customer service. He spent 2 evenings at my house after hours getting my skid steer running when we had below zero temps so I was able to move snow and feed my cattle. No matter how busy Jeff and his guys are in the shop he always makes time to help, even if it is after hours. I appreciate all his help and expertise.”
