Carson Orr had an opposite-field solo home run to put Jamestown ahead 1-0 in the second. Max Fronk delivered an RBI single and Mason Lunzman had a sac fly to give the Eagles a 3-0 edge. Jamestown held a 3-1 lead until the sixth when Fargo post four runs, three of which came from the long ball, to jump ahead 5-3. The Jets scored three more times in the seventh, capitalizing on an Eagles error, to put the game away.

Jamestown falls to 1-8 overall on the season while Fargo Post 2 improves to 8-1 on the year. Jamestown heads to Mandan for a Tuesday night doubleheader against the Chiefs. The Eagles will then be in Perham, Minnesota for a tournament next weekend.
