DAZEY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) The city of Dazey, ND declared a flood emergency on Saturday, April 30th following two days of rain.

Mayor Justin Sherlock said after two days of rain, water is pooling in the city. He said the city is asking residents to limit their water usage until further notice.

Sherlock said residents should discharge their sump pump water outside their homes and business buildings and not into the city sewer system. He said your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
