VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Police Chief Phil Hatcher held his first ever Coffee with a Cop event on Wednesday, April 6th.
Hatcher encouraged the public to talk to him and other cops about issues of concern in the Valley City community.
Hatcher hopes to start a positive dialog with the community, by hold monthly Coffee with a Cop events at various locations in the city.
