VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Police Chief Phil Hatcher will host his first ever Coffee with a Cop on Wednesday, April 6th.

Hatcher said the public is encouraged to talk to him and other cops about issues of concern in the community. He hopes to start a positive dialog with this event.
