JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – The Jamestown Chamber of Commerce is once again holding an Internship Workshop to share information on the benefits of having an internship program for your business or organization.
The event is organized by the Chamber Workforce Committee, which was created to help address workforce in the community through educational work experience programs, housing, and positive community image.
Chamber Executive Director Emily Bivens says the committee will use the internship workshop to show businesses how to build a program, what interns can do for a business, funding available for the business to host interns, and testimonials from area businesses.
The workshop will be held April 14th at the Harold Newman Arena. Participants are asked to RSVP to ensure enough materials are available.
