JAMESTOWN, N.D. (Chamber) – Members of the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee and the Young Professionals of Jamestown presented the Customer Service Award for March to Joey Nix for his outstanding customer service.
The chamber honors individuals who demonstrate a consistent commitment to delivering products or services that satisfy customers by exceeding their requirements or expectations.
His nomination letter said:
“I had come to Klein’s for some minimal paint working. Thinking I would have to make an appointment and come back. Joey had looked at my vehicle and said pull on into the shop. He had wiped down the area that was in need of some help and put on a small bit of color to cover up just the little area of paint that was actually missing. He dried off the area and said have a great day! He was very friendly {like always) and was quick to solve a real small issue. Which in my mind was the end of the world. He had fixed the issue right there and then and had me on my way. And he always has a smile on his face! That is awesome customer service!”
