JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Prairie Paws Rescue has been finding homes for cats and dogs in the Jamestown area since 2007.

In that time, co-founder Kaye John says they’ve found homes for more than 4,000 animals.

This unique non-profit is continually accepting donations of pet food and supplies, but the biggest area of help is finding other foster homes for the animals.

Prairie Paws Rescue volunteers will be holding a Breakfast with the Easter Bunny event on Saturday, April 2nd at Club 1883.

John added they’ll have kids games, photos with the Easter Bunny, pancake breakfast, and numerous raffle items to help raise money for Prairie Paws Rescue.

Tickets are $8 for adults and $4 for kids 0-12 years of age. Limited tickets are available at Jamestown Veterinarian Clinics: Southwood, Country Acres, Dr. Dawn’s or a Prairie Paws volunteer. They will not be offered at the door.
