CARRINGTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A man was arrested in Carrington Tuesday night on outstanding warrants in Foster County.

Foster County Sheriff Justin Johnson reports 34 year-old Bradley Ray Wells turned himself in to the Police Department. A warrant had been issued from a past case where Wells was accused of stealing a vehicle.

Wells is currently being held at the Stutsman County Correctional Center on charges of Aggravated Assault, Failure To Transfer Title Of Vehicle, Theft Of Property, and Unlawful Use of Plates. Bond has been set at $1,750.
