CASSELTON, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – A Jamestown man was taken into custody following a reported road rage incident on I-94 near Casselton Sunday afternoon.

The North Dakota Highway Patrol responded with the Cass County Sheriff’s Department to the incident west of Casselton on Sunday, March 6th. The call stated an eastbound traveling Ford Focus was ramming a Ford Expedition that was traveling in front of it numerous times. The Ford Focus was located off the MM 320 exit on I-94 in a farm approach.

NDHP Troopers initiated a traffic stop with the Ford Focus and identified the suspect as Joshua Buchanan of Jamestown, ND.

The incident was investigated by the NDHP, and Buchanan was arrested on charges of felony reckless endangerment, misdemeanor driving under the influence of drugs, misdemeanor carrying a concealed weapon, and infraction drug paraphernalia charges. Buchanan was transported to the Cass County Jail.

The incident remains under investigation by the NDHP.
