CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) A Jamestown man faces charges after he allegedly slashed tires on 3 separate vehicles in the Labor Club parking lot Wednesday night in Valley City.

Police say the man was arrested after a preliminary investigation allegedly found rubber fiber on the suspect’s knife during the arrest.
