JAMESTOWN, N.D (NewsDakota.com) – A rebranded “Welcome Wagon” program by the Jamestown Area Chamber of Commerce has already had resounding success in the community.
The Welcome to Jamestown program was put together by Chamber Ambassadors as a way to welcome new residents to the community through their new career. Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Emily Bivens says they’re still accepting different incentives that can be offered to new residents.
Bivens says they’re asking businesses to submit the names of new employees to be welcomed to the community.
Since rolling out in January, Bivens says they’ve utilized the program a few times already.
Bivens also encourages everyone to mark April 9th & 10th on their calendars for the Home & Garden Show at the Jamestown Civic Center.
