GRAND FORKS, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – National Weather Service said Blizzard conditions continue in eastern North Dakota/Red River Valley through 9am. i3G Meteorologist Mick Kjar said this Winter Storm will be affecting the eastern Dakotas, Minnesota, Wisconsin and northern Iowa now through Wednesday evening. Kjar added that a wind advisory is in effect for the region now through Wednesday afternoon.
