i3G Meteorologist Mick Kjar said this Winter Storm will be affecting the eastern Dakotas, Minnesota, Wisconsin and northern Iowa now through Wednesday evening. Kjar added that a wind advisory is in effect for the region now through Wednesday afternoon.
