JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – City crews cleared snow on emergency routes on Sunday, December 26.
City crews will begin clearing snow in the downtown district at 5:00 a.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021, and again at 11:00 p.m.
All vehicles should be removed from downtown streets, avenues, and alleyways before 5:00 a.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021. City crews will begin clearing snow in residential areas beginning Monday, December 27, 2021, at 11:00 a.m.
City Ordinance, Section 25-10 requires a property owner to keep the sidewalk adjoining the property clear of snow and ice. Do not deposit snow or ice on the city street after the city plow has cleared the street. These violations are Class B misdemeanors under the general penalty and will result in a fine.
