VALLEY CITY, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Valley City Public Works is starting snow removal this morning with emergency routes then moving into residential areas starting in the Southeast section of the city and rotating clockwise. Downtown Valley City will be cleared tonight with residential snow removal to continue afterwards.
