JAMESTOWN, N.D. (NewsDakota.com) – Victory Lutheran Church served a record number of meals during their 18th Annual Christmas Supper on Sunday, December 19th.

The free meal returned for both pick up and delivery after being called off in 2020 due to the Coronavirus pandemic. Volunteers served up a record 850 meals including 617 that were picked up and 233 that were delivered.

Volunteers prepared and cooked 43 turkeys the day prior at the James River Senior Center. Leftover food was donated to Daily Bread in Jamestown.
